In this interactive virtual session, you will ... 
  • Discuss multiple case studies in small groups to determine best practices for challenging Group & Team Coaching Scenarios
  • Determine your role and how to best leverage the ICF Core Competencies in Group & Team Coaching scenarios
  • Build community with and leverage the diversity of perspectives of SDPCA members and guests

About the speaker

 

Diana Ideus is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and has her Masters in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching.  Diana currently leverages her coaching, management, and leadership development experience supporting leaders in education, tech, finance, and healthcare.

 

Diana has developed group & team coaching programs in academic and corporate environments.  Diana mentors coaches interested in developing Group & Team Coaching program and facilitates the Group & Team Coaching Special Interest Group for ICF Los Angeles.   

 

Diana founded Hawthorne Union to create a company for coaches, by coaches, to support ongoing coach and professional development.  Hawthorne Union provides mentor coaching, coach supervision, and continuing education approved by the International Coach Federation.  Diana’s book Listen: Mentor Coaching for Coaches is available at www.hawthorneunion.com
