2019 – 2020 Project and Client Highlights

As owner of the Eastern Sierra Development and Training Institute (ESDTI) and of Implementing Change, projects are focused on strategies to prepare clients for, adapt to, and be successful in today's changing environment.   

  • Developed organizational plans and implementation strategies to fully staff two new businesses with job descriptions, employee handbooks, and accountability results within a year; goal met.
  • Created a training/development program to increase efficiency at a resort restaurant and entertainment venue that was implemented with improved customer service.
  • Trained/provided development programs for several independent businesses and over sixty-five individuals in Inyo County with positive results.
  • Delivered customized leadership sessions to two public agencies for their management and high potential employees for succession planning purposes. 
  • Coached new client to land "dream job" within three months of coaching contract
  • Mentored over 15 clients to reach all goals for 2019 or to near completion of them for the year.
  • Co-created and under current development of an innovative  "Pivot Package" Project to prepare clients for a new normal and for their success by laser focusing on practices to adapt to changing environments and technology, with agility to pivot through iterations including website development, industry compliance, and updated practices.
  • Three lawsuits prevented by putting policies in place and education business owners on proper protocols to protect them and their employees.
