The Keys to Unlocking Greater Success in Ourselves and Those We Coach

All coaches desire to have a positive impact on their clients. Unfortunately, they often overlook a personal attribute that is critical for personal and leadership development: Mindsets. And even if they do focus on and value mindsets, they often do not have clarity on what mindsets they need to focus on and develop within their clients.  In this session, the latest in psychology and neuroscience will be presented to explain the power and importance of mindsets for personal development, and show how specific mindsets have been proven to be necessary for personal and leadership success.

To better understand your mindset, registered attendees will be provided a link to complete an optional personal mindset assessment.

In this session, Ryan Gottfredson, Ph.D will:

  • Present 30+ years of academic research demonstrating the power and importance of focusing on mindsets when working with clients
  • Identify the mindsets coaches need to ensure they

Cynthia Burnham will teach us how to make data come alive through stories and the underlying concepts of storytelling – even in small segments – and how to positively-influence the decisions of our clients and potential clients by structuring information in a way they can hear and be intrigued by.

When Motivation Science Meets Coaching—How Integrating Motivational Conversations Takes Your Coaching Practice to a New Level
