All coaches desire to have a positive impact on their clients. Unfortunately, they often overlook a personal attribute that is critical for personal and leadership development: Mindsets. And even if they do focus on and value mindsets, they often do not have clarity on what mindsets they need to focus on and develop within their clients. In this session, the latest in psychology and neuroscience will be presented to explain the power and importance of mindsets for personal development, and show how specific mindsets have been proven to be necessary for personal and leadership success.
